FRANCE TOURIST VISA FOR SPOUSE OF UK/EU CITIZENS

VALID PASSPORT

PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH

Application form
The form should be filled carefully online and taken to the embassy once the interview date is fixed. The application forms contain 37 columns in all and all fields are to be filled (if applicable). The declaration column should be filled by the applicants/guardian with their signatures
British Residence Permit
The original as well as the copy of British Residence permit must be 3 month beyond your visa validity (stamped in passport or as a biometric card) is required as part of the documents for a EU spouse visa France or a France tourist visa for family
Travel itinerary
Your travel itinerary should cover the entire stay period in France and travel plans for your trip. It should also cover your stay and travel plans to other schengen countries
Employer’s letter
Less than 3 months old letter should be gotten from your employer stating the start date of employment, designation, position and salary.
Other documents include:
Spouse pay slip (not less than 3 months)
Spouse’s valid passport
Civil Marriage certificate
The civil marriage certificate should officially be in English or French (if applicable) and should also be certified by concerned embassy.
Insurance requirement
Medical and travel issuance document according to France visa requirement is required. This is required to pay any emergence, medical, deportation travelling expenses. It should be valid for the countries in Schengen area; it should also be valid for DROM/CTOM as per your itinerary. The minimum insurance cover is EUR 30,000 (both medical fees and other fees).
Proof of accommodation
The accommodation proof for the duration of your stay should also be submitted.Be it hotel booking or rental agreement (if applicable). Hotel bookings should state all your details along with intended dates of stay.
If applicant is staying with a French family, an “Attestation Accrued” original copy by the sponsor is required
